Outage App provides a cloud-based platform for teams to post, manage, and share outage notifications.

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials.

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent activity, or to interfere with others' use.

All content and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors.

If applicable, you agree to pay all fees and understand payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

We may terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may cancel anytime by contacting support.

The Service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alabama, USA.
